Warranty Repair
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of shipment from Aiymen's factory. During the warranty period, for problems arising from product quality, we will provide original parts free of charge, with shipping costs borne by Aiymen.
Note: Attempting to modify any equipment without Aiymen's consent will immediately void any valid warranty.
Within five business days of arrival, please check to see if the product has been damaged by shipping, and if Aiymen confirms that the shipping did cause the damage, we will provide original parts free of charge, with shipping to be borne by Aiymen.
